摘要：

膝骨性关节炎是一种好发于中老年的常见病、多发病,主要表现为膝关节的疼痛与功能障碍,目前本病具体发病机制尚未完全清楚。随着膝骨性关节炎发病机制研究的逐渐深入,部分学者认为本病可能与脂质代谢紊乱及软骨自噬有一定的关系。本文旨在从脂质代谢和软骨自噬之间的关系以及两者对膝骨性关节炎发病机制影响的相关研究展开综述,以为研究该病的发病机制和临床治疗提供一定的参考与借鉴。
