<正>1R ho-R ho激酶系统及其抑制剂的研究现状Rho激酶(Rho kinases,ROCKs)是丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶(Ser/Tkr蛋白激酶),分子量约为160ku[1]。可分为2个亚型:ROCK-Ⅰ(又称ROK!)和ROCK-Ⅱ(又称ROCK")[2]。
