107例冠心病患者载脂蛋白 E 表型分析

摘要：

本文测定并比较了107例临床确诊为冠心病患者与95例健康对照组的载脂蛋白 E 表型分布和血脂水平。结果为冠心病组 E4/3表型和ε4基因频率明显高于对照组;具不同等位基因人群的 TC 和 LDLch 平均水平,ε4最高,ε3居中,ε2最低.提示ε4基因可能是高胆固醇血症和冠心病的遗传易患因子。
