品牌社区研究综述及展望:基于2000年以后的西方文献

摘要
随着信息技术的不断进步,品牌社区的重要性越来越得到体现,正受到越来越多的研究者重视。文章从品牌社区的定义、特征、分类、对消费行为的影响等方面回顾了西方学者的重要研究成果,并对今后若干值得研究的方向提出了建议。
