小建中汤有无饴糖对实验性脾虚证小鼠血管活性肠肽的影响

摘要：

目的研究小建中汤有无饴糖对实验性脾虚证小鼠血管活性肠肽的影响。方法以脾虚证小鼠为实验对象,运用放免法测定血浆血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)含量,免疫组化法分析空肠VIP的表达。结果小建中汤有无饴糖均能显著降低血浆中VIP含量,减少空肠VIP表达。结论小建中汤有无饴糖均能显著降低VIP,为小建中汤配伍规律研究提供实验基础。
