摘要：

文章基于过程模型和资源视角,构建了信息技术价值创造的研究模型,通过对上海398家制造业企业的调查,采用结构方程模型方法对调查数据进行统计分析,揭示了上海制造业企业信息化的价值创造过程,验证了从IT投资到产生价值的路径,证实了政府推动政策、IT基础设施、IT管理等因素对制造业企业信息化的影响。
