抑郁对冠心病患者超敏C反应蛋白值影响的研究

摘要：

目的比较抑郁患者、冠心病患者、抑郁合并冠心病患者的超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)值。方法分析2006年7月～2007年2月邵逸夫医院健康成人组、抑郁患者组、冠心病不伴抑郁患者组和冠心病伴抑郁患者组的相关资料及hsCRP值,计算每两组间hsCRP值的统计学差异。结果 2006年7月～2007年2月共收集冠心病患者48例,其中8例合并抑郁,冠心病伴抑郁患者的hsCRP值较冠心病不伴抑郁患者明显升高(P<0.05)。结论冠心病伴抑郁患者的hsCRP值较冠心病不伴抑郁患者明显升高,应重视对冠心病合并抑郁患者的诊断和治疗。
