单纯空腹血糖升高和单纯餐后血糖升高——2型糖尿病不同糖代谢状态的研究现状

摘要
<正>2型糖尿病是一种异质性疾病,具有胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素分泌缺陷双重病理机制。根据空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)和餐后血糖(postprandial blood glucose,PBG)水平可分为三种不同状态:单纯FBG升高(isolated fastinghyperglycemia,IFH),即FBG≥7.0 mmol/l,且2hPBG<11.1mmol/l;单纯餐后血糖升高(isolated postprandial hyper-glycemia,IPH),即FBG<7.0mmol/l,且2hPBG≥11.1mmol/l;FBG和PBG同时升高(combined hyperglycemia,CH),即FBG≥7.0mmol/l,且2hPBG≥11.1mmol/l。
