固相萃取技术在兽药残留分析中的应用

摘要：

兽药残留不仅关系到食品安全,而且也影响国际贸易。固相萃取技术作为一种集富集净化于一体的净化方法具有简单、灵敏度高的特点,能有效去除复杂样品基质中干扰。近年来固相萃取技术在样品前处理中应用越来越广泛。文章根据不同的分离机理,分别论述了正相固相萃取、反相固相萃取、离子交换固相萃取、混合型固相萃取模式在样品净化过程中的作用原理,总结了不同理化性质目标化合物如何选择固相萃取,如何采用不同淋洗强度洗脱液及固相萃取在四环素类、2β-兴奋剂、磺胺类、硝基呋喃类等兽药残留中的应用。
