摘要：

糖尿病相关疾病包括糖尿病并发症(如糖尿病肾病、糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病神经病变、糖尿病足溃疡)和其他多种疾病,是糖尿病患者致死致残的主要原因,极大影响着患者的生活质量。药物对糖尿病相关疾病的治疗起着重要作用。目前进行临床试验研究的治疗糖尿病相关疾病的药物有61种,本文重点对其临床试验研究现状进行了综述。
