磷酸化Akt蛋白表达在非小细胞肺癌中的临床意义

摘要
目的 探讨磷酸化Akt(p Akt)蛋白表达与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者临床病理参数及预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测2 0例正常肺组织和10 2例NSCLC患者癌组织中p Akt蛋白的表达,NSCLC患者随访时间为3~6 0个月。结果 NSCLC癌组织中p Akt蛋白表达的阳性率为4 1 2 % (42 / 10 2 ) ,而正常肺组织为阴性。p Akt蛋白阳性与肿瘤组织分化程度、临床分期以及有无淋巴结和远处转移相关。p Akt蛋白阳性表达者5年生存率和中位生存时间显著低于阴性者(分别为14 2 9%和33 33% ;14个月和32个月,Logrank检验χ2 =14 2 4 ,P =0 0 0 0 2 )。结论p Akt蛋白表达与NSCLC发展有关,是预测NSCLC患者不良预后的独立危险因素
