摘要
围绕在新产品开发中的顾客参与研究很多,但研究角度各不相同,对现象的解释也不尽相同。本文在梳理国外文献基础上,从新产品开发中的顾客参与的前因、过程、后果等三方面进行总结评述,并在此基础上给出了未来研究方向,为将来对此领域的深入研究打下了基础。
