摘要：

目的　介绍一种新的大鼠自体血血栓栓塞性脑卒中模型。方法　体外制做自体血血栓 ,经大鼠 (S D)颈外动脉逆行插管注射自体血血栓至颈内动脉 ,制成缺血性脑卒中模型。结果　从模型动物行为表现、梗死灶形态学和病理学进行了讨论 ,10只大鼠均产生一定程度的脑梗死表现。结论　该模型的稳定性和重复性良好 ,能在大脑中动脉供血区产生衡定的梗死灶 ,适合于作各种脑缺血的实验研究 ,因此该模型值得推广。
