胃肠转流术治疗2型糖尿病研究进展

摘要：

目前2型糖尿病以内科治疗为主,外科治疗主要是针对其并发症。近年来国外研究发现胃肠转流术可以长期稳定地缓解2型糖尿病,并能减少糖尿病并发症。其确切机制不详,可能与胃肠激素的变化,手术直接作用有关。
