高血压合并脑出血的临床诊治分析

摘要：
目的探讨高血压合并脑出血的临床诊治特点及相关因素,为临床诊疗及预后提供依据。方法湖北省襄阳市中心医院神经外科自2010年2月至2013年2月收治高血压合并脑出血患者96例,回顾性分析其临床诊治及预后情况。结果 96例患者中,好转76例,占79.17%(肢体瘫痪74例,占77.08%);死亡17例,占17.71%(其中发病24h内死亡11例,24～72 h死亡6例);自动出院3例,占3.13%。结论高血压合并脑出血患者应根据血肿大小采取相应治疗,预后较好。
