摘要：

本文在梳理国外创新集群研究文献的基础上,回顾和总结了相关研究成果,以期为国内学者提供些许启示。本文首先从创新集群的内涵入手,重点围绕创新集群的形成问题展开讨论,并阐述了创新集群的两种形成模式的政策意义,最后展望了创新集群的未来研究方向。
