企业间知识转移、知识库开发与突变式创新绩效

摘要
聚焦中国企业的创新活动,研究了企业间知识转移对知识接收企业突变式创新绩效的影响。同时,探索企业知识库的中介作用,并引入企业间竞争作为调节变量,构建了理论模型。之后,运用251家企业的调研数据进行模型验证。研究结果表明:企业间知识转移有助于知识接收企业突变式创新绩效的提高。企业间知识转移既有助于知识接收企业知识宽度的提升,也有助于知识深度的提升。知识接收企业知识宽度在企业间知识转移和突变式创新绩效之间起中介作用。企业间竞争在企业间知识转移与知识接收企业知识宽度间起着负向调节作用。
