摘要：
20世纪90年代以来,以贸易为媒介的国际技术溢出问题在国外经济学界备受关注。本文首先从溢出渠道的论争和影响国际技术溢出的因素两个方面对相关的经验研究文献进行了回顾和梳理,然后进行了简要评论,并指出了对我们的启示意义。
