摘要：

环脂肽又名脂酰肽,是一类结构新颖的环状肽类化合物,具有抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗炎等广泛的生物活性,近年来受到人们的广泛关注。环脂肽类成分主要来源于微生物的次生代谢产物,包括蓝细菌(Cyanobacterium)、细菌(Bacterium)及放线菌等微生物,其中海洋细菌主要包括芽胞杆菌属(Bacillus)和假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)。本文拟就近年来环脂肽类成分研究进展进行综述。
