摘要：

目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白在冠心病不稳定型心绞痛中的诊断价值。方法选择65例冠心病患者,不稳定型心绞痛组35例,稳定型心绞痛组30例。两组均行血清高敏C反应蛋白和64层螺旋CT冠脉成像检查。结果不稳定型心绞痛组的高敏C反应蛋白、冠脉成像软斑块与稳定型心绞痛组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高敏C反应蛋白能提高64层螺旋CT冠脉成像对易损斑块检测的准确性。
