摘要：

海面阻力系数（CD）决定于多种因素。本文着重讨论了它与大气稳定度（ζ或TV）的关系,并基于实测资料给出了经验关系式。为克服前人关于大气稳定度判据不一致的缺欠,提出了一组新的判据,并就中性平衡态给出了ζ、Ri、DT和TV的取值范围。
