冬虫夏草防治肾毒性急性肾功能衰竭的实验研究

摘要：

系统地研究了冬虫夏草对庆大霉素和卡那霉素所造成大鼠急性肾功能衰竭的影响,动态观察血肌酐、尿素氮、尿溶菌酶、NAG酶、蛋白含量以及肾脏的病理变化。首次证明用冬虫夏草治疗可明显减轻大鼠急性肾小管损伤程度,并可促进实验大鼠的肾功能损伤提早恢复。
