摘要：

欧盟各成员国对中小学教师职业身份的定位有所不同,据此建立的教师职业保障制度也存在着差异。本文从教师的任用、工作调动、辞职、职业终止等几个方面,对各成员国的教师职业保障制度作初步的分析与比较,以期为建立我国的教师职业保障制度提供借鉴。
