摘要
:
JNK作为丝裂原激活蛋白激酶家族成员,能使某些蛋白结构中丝氨酸/苏氨酸残基磷酸化,使其活化或改变其原有活性而产生异常效应。目前认为,JNK参与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗和炎症等代谢过程,阻断JNK通路可改善胰岛β细胞功能和胰岛素抵抗,诱导活化JNK通路可导致2型糖尿病(T2DM)的发生发展,本文总结近年关于JNK的研究状况,旨在说明其已经成为糖尿病研究方面一个新的关注点,阻断JNK信号转导通路可能成为糖尿病新的治疗途径。
