摘要：

肿瘤细胞抗药性是肿瘤化疗的最大障碍。本文根据多重抗药性机制的异质性,特别是多重抗药性基因表达产物的生物学功能,综述了近年来有关逆转癌细胞抗药性的研究进展以及临床恶性肿瘤化疗抗药性逆转的对策,以指导膀胱癌的化疗。
