摘要：

<正>临床研究已经证实心肺复苏后昏迷患者低温治疗安全有效,其脑保护和改善神经功能作用与动物实验研究结果一致。然而,还有更多的脑损伤后昏迷患者或脊髓损伤患者需要开展低温治疗临床研究,并加强低温治疗规范。为此,中华医学会神经病学分会神经重症协作组对成人低温治疗的相关文献（2000-2013年Medline数据库）进行了检索与复习,采用2011版牛津循证医学中心（Oxford Center for Evidence Based Medicine,CEBM）证据分级标准进行证据级别确认和推荐意见确认[1],对证据暂不
