摘要：

本文分析了在双边贸易中,因技术外溢为主而导致的技术进步是如何影响比较优势,进而影响两国的贸易模式和福利变化的。长期来看,两国的福利都会增加。只有特定条件下,技术外溢国的福利会受损。这有助于解释倡导自由贸易的理念与保护主义的声音并存的局面。
