摘要：

介绍了一种新型辅料磺丁基醚-β-环糊精(SBE-β-CD)在不同给药途径药物中的应用,综述了近10年来国内外有关文献。结果表明磺丁基醚-β-环糊精是近年来发现的化学修饰性水溶性环糊精,具有其他环糊精衍生物无可比拟的优点。SBE-β-CDs已被广泛应用于注射、口服、眼部及鼻腔等不同的给药途径。
