基于移动终端的应急现场信息采集和定位模块设计与实现

摘要
随着突发事件的日益复杂以及信息通信新技术的快速发展,传统应急通信系统已较难满足对突发事件的准确预防和快速反应,尤其难以满足对应急现场信息实时采集的需求。为此,本文提出了一种新型的对应急现场信息进行实时采集和对救援人员进行跟踪定位的设计方案,并重点对其中的无线传感器网络和移动GIS设计方案进行阐述。最后,设计并实现了基于移动终端的现场信息采集和定位模块,验证了该方案的应用可行性。
