摘要：

林业在应对全球气候变化中具有十分重要的特殊作用。近年来,国际林业碳汇交易市场迅速发展,我国在7个碳排放权交易试点的基础上正在积极筹建全国统一碳交易市场,林业碳汇交易是其中不可或缺的重要组成部分。梳理国内外林业碳汇交易和我国碳交易市场建设进展,分析总结我国林业碳汇交易推进面临的问题和挑战,提出未来发展的措施和建议,为促进我国林业碳汇交易提供参考。
