肉桂对糖尿病大鼠肝损伤的保护作用

摘要
目的研究肉桂对糖尿病大鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常组和造模组,禁食不禁水12 h后造模组腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导糖尿病模型,剂量为85μg/g;3 d后,将空腹血糖值>16.7 mmol/L的大鼠随机分为模型组和肉桂组(1.5 g/kg)。给药25 d后,测量大鼠空腹血糖值,记录体质量、测量肝脏指数,检测大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性、总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)的含量,采用羟胺法和DTNB法分别测定大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,使用高效液相色谱法测定大鼠肝脏组织能量产物磷酸肌酸(PCr)、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、二磷酸腺苷(ADP)和单磷酸腺苷(AMP)水平。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠的血糖、肝脏指数、血清ALT、AST和MDA水平显著升高,体质量、血清TP和ALB的含量、血清T-SOD活性、肝脏组织PCr和ATP水平显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。与模型组比较,肉桂组能显著降低模型大鼠的肝脏指数,降低血清ALT、AST和MDA水平,显著升高血清TP和ALB含量、T-SOD活性以及肝脏中ATP、ADP和AMP的水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论肉桂对糖尿病肝损伤具有一定的保护作用,其机制与抑制氧化应激和调控肝脏能量代谢有关。
