摘要：

器官移植目前已成为治疗终末期器官功能衰竭患者的有效方法,成功诱导受者对移植器官的特异性免疫耐受是解决器官移植排斥反应最有效的方法之一,本文将从器官移植免疫耐受的机制及诱导免疫耐受的方法出发,对器官移植免疫耐受的研究现况及在肾移植中的应用作一综述。
