摘要：

目的:对几种具有清热解毒的民间植物药进行抗炎活性评价研究。方法:以LPS刺激RAW 264.7细胞为炎症模型,TNF-α变化为评价指标,采用实时荧光定量PCR对几种具有清热解毒的民间植物药进行抗炎活性评价研究。结果:这些中药均有不同程度的抗炎活性,表明中药清热解毒功效与抗炎活性有一定相关性。结论:采用细胞实验筛选和评价中药的抗炎活性具有一定的科学可行性。
