摘要：

目的:为了探讨常年体育锻炼、吸烟饮酒及钙制剂的摄入对老年人骨密度的影响,进而影响老年人骨质疏松问题。方法:在对部分有关老年人骨密度的研究成果进行理论研究的基础上,根据调查问卷结果选取60～69岁老年人作为研究对象,并进行分组,主要分为锻炼组、吸烟组、饮酒组、钙摄入组、空白对照组。借助超声骨密度仪对受试者进行人体桡骨远端的骨密度测量,对测试结果进行比较分析。结论:体育锻炼有助于提高老年人的骨密度;长期吸烟和过度饮酒习惯可以降低人体骨密度,是引起骨质疏松的重要危险因素;保持良好的生活方式对老年骨质健康极其重要。
