冠心病不同病变支数与血清脂联素的相关性

目的了解血清脂联素水平与冠状动脉病变支数及冠心病不同类型之间的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清脂联素。收集行冠状动脉造影术的冠心病患者56例,其中单支病变17例,双支病变18例,三支病变21例;并从健康查体人群中选取23例作为健康对照组。结果冠心病组血清脂联素浓度显著低于正常对照组[(6.6±4.6)mg/Lvs(12.2±4.9)mg/L,P=0.002]。血清脂联素与总甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLch)呈负相关(r=-0.33,-0.29,-0.16,P<0.05),而与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLch)呈正相关(r=0.33,P<0.01)。3支病变组脂联素浓度较单支病变组显著降低[(5.1±2.6)mg/Lvs(7.1±2.2)mg/L,P<0.05]。结论低脂联素血症是冠心病发病的一个独立的危险因素,且可以作为判断冠状动脉病变严重性的一个指标。
