摘要：

目的 :研究芪丹通脉片 (QDTMT)对大鼠慢性心肌缺血预防作用及其机制 .方法 :采用SD大鼠为研究对象 ,比较观察QDTMT长期小剂量给药对异丙肾上腺素所致的心肌缺血保护作用 ,通过检测心肌血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)表达 ,探讨其可能作用机制 .结果 :未注射ISO组未见VEGF ,bFGF表达 ,而在注射异丙肾上腺素 (Iso)各组VEGF ,bFGF表达均增加 ,给药组VEGF ,bFGF表达量高于未给药组 .结论 :QDTMT能够预防慢性心肌缺血 ,促进VEGF ,bFGF表达
