短暂性脑缺血发作早期卒中风险评估研究进展

摘要
短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者早期卒中风险较高。近年来对TIA患者早期卒中风险评估的研究,主要围绕其临床特点、脑结构影像学、脑血管影像学等方面。本文就近年来相关研究进行综述,以帮助临床医生快速识别卒中高危人群,及时予以积极诊治。
