杜仲乙醇提取物对脑老化模型小鼠血中氧化应激指标的影响

摘要
目的探讨杜仲对脑老化模型小鼠血中氧化应激指标的影响。方法皮下注射D-半乳糖建立小鼠老龄化模型,杜仲乙醇提取物灌胃给药。采用流式细胞仪测定不同组小鼠脑细胞凋亡率,采用ELISA试剂盒测定一系列氧化指标,包括丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、蛋白质羰基含量(PCO)和一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果流式细胞仪测定结果显示,与模型组相比,杜仲提取物组小鼠脑细胞凋亡率明显下降(P<0.01)。ELISA测定结果表明,与正常组相比,杜仲组小鼠血中NO和SOD水平显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,杜仲组小鼠血中MDA和PCO水平显著降低(P<0.01),而SOD水平显著升高(P<0.01)。结论杜仲提取物可能通过有效减轻氧化损伤而发挥其抗脑老化作用。
