幽门螺杆菌疫苗的研究进展

摘要
幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)是人类上消化道疾病的重要致病菌,为慢性胃炎、胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡的主要病因。目前临床治疗尚存在诸多不足,研制疫苗对预防和控制H.pylori感染具有十分重要的意义。经过20余年的发展,H.pylori疫苗在动物模型建立、候选抗原的选择、佐剂和投递方式的优化等方面均已取得了较大突破。本文主要就全菌疫苗、亚单位疫苗(基因工程疫苗)、活载体疫苗和DNA疫苗四种类型的H.pylori疫苗的研究现状作一概述。
