摘要：

恶性肿瘤是导致人类死亡的主要疾病之一,研究证实恶性肿瘤患者情绪障碍的发生率很高,其中以抑郁障碍最为常见,而抑郁直接影响肿瘤的发生、发展和治疗的预后,降低患者的生活质量。本文就肿瘤患者抑郁的诊治及相互关系等研究进展作一综述。
