摘要
胫骨平台骨折涉及关节面,手术治疗难度很大。复杂胫骨平台骨折的手术入路或内固定选择错误往往造成严重并发症,手术疗效不尽满意。随着关节内骨折内固定理念的不断更新,锁定接骨板和微创内固定技术的迅速发展,胫骨平台骨折治疗方法较以往有了较大改变。该文就近期文献中胫骨平台骨折的手术入路、手术技巧、内固定技术等新趋势,以及临床疗效和并发症作一综述。
