摘要：

知识经济的发展给传统的工业经济带来了一系列新的思维和管理方法。知识已逐渐成为经济发展的核心要素。“知识管理”是近几年出现的一个重要的词汇,目前还处在探讨发展阶段。该文旨在通过其中的几个关键问题如知识的动态特征,隐性知识与显性知识等来阐述知识管理的内涵,以加深对知识管理的理解与共识。
