摘要：

颈椎稳定性评估是骨科医师面临的一个比较棘手的问题,目前观点众多、意见不一。颈椎稳定性评估是对颈椎的稳定程度进行预见性评估,既是制定治疗方案前的必要评估,也对患者的预后具有重要的预见意义。该文就颈椎不稳的含义及其检查手段的现状和进展作一综述。
