<正>骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是由力学及生物学因素联合作用于软骨、软骨下骨、滑膜及关节囊,表现为慢性、进展性的滑膜炎、软骨破坏及软骨下骨重塑为特点的退行性骨关节病,最终使关节软骨面纤维化、糜烂,软骨下骨硬化、边缘性骨赘形成,滑膜炎性增生,以关节疼痛、肿胀、关节僵硬、活动受限为临床表现的一种常见疾病。OA极大地影响人们生活质量,尤其是目前社会老龄化严重,退变性骨关节炎使得老年人部
