试论“风药”止血作用及其机理

摘要：

"风药"具有止血作用,在出血证中被广泛使用。古人在临床用药经验归纳总结的基础上,逐渐形成了"风伤荣"以致出血的中医理论,即风性主动,血随风动,血不得所藏,流不归经而致出血,并提出以"风药"止血的治疗方法。现代文献表明,跟出血证密切相关的诱导型一氧化氮合酶(i NOS)具有重要的抗凝血作用,主要通过诱导产生大量的一氧化氮(NO)和激活促进环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达实现。而现代药理研究显示,风药能够从多个环节抑制i NOS的基因表达,进而抑制大量NO的产生和COX-2的表达,促进血小板黏附聚集及血管收缩,达到止血的效果,风药的这种止血作用机理很可能与其抗炎作用使炎症因子减少有关。
