摘要
肝脏手术中为控制出血常需要阻断肝脏血管,造成肝脏缺血再灌注损伤,而肝脏缺血再灌注损伤是影响肝脏术后肝脏功能恢复的一个重要因素,是由许多因子参与的复杂的病理生理过程。随着人们对缺血再灌注损伤机制研究的深入,有效地防治缺血再灌注损伤的措施也取得了进展,肝脏手术预后得到改善。本文就肝脏缺血再灌注损伤机制及防治措施的进展进行综述。
