急诊科护士抑郁状况及其影响因素调查

摘要：

目的调查急诊科护士的抑郁状况及其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法,使用一般资料调查表及抑郁自评量表,于2014年2-4月对北京市两所综合性三级甲等医院的91名急诊科护士进行问卷调查。结果急诊科护士抑郁指数为0.568±0.124,其中65名护士存在不同程度的抑郁,占71.43%。夜班数对急诊科护士抑郁指数的影响有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论大多数急诊科护士存在不同程度的抑郁状况,夜班数是影响其抑郁状况的重要因素。适当扩充人员数量,降低平均夜班数,对降低急诊科护士抑郁水平可能有所帮助。
