<正>炎症性肠病（inflammatory bowel disease,IBD）是一组病因尚未明确的慢性非特异性肠道炎性病变,包括克罗恩病（Crohn′s disease,CD）和溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis,UC）,发病率和患病率逐年增加,已极大影响患者的生活质量和社会生产力[1]。近年来的研究[2]发现,与普通人群相比,IBD患者血栓栓塞事件的发生率和病死率增加3.6倍。虽然临床观察发现IBD患者血栓栓塞事件的发生率
