摘要：

大学科技成果转化是科学研究的重要目标和建设创新型国家的必然要求。通过"死亡之谷"和"达尔文之海"对创新过程中研究成果产业化所遭遇的障碍和陷阱进行了阐述。我国大学科技成果转化面临着成果与市场需求脱节、主管部门政策冲突、大学科研评价体系不合理、配套服务滞后等瓶颈。美国研究型大学概念证明中心是一种有效促进科研成果转化的组织模式,文章分析了概念证明中心的产生背景、功能和运作模式,并阐述了其对我国大学科研成果转化的启示,提出了改革和完善大学科研考评体系、完善大学科技成果转化的配套体系、构建和优化大学创业生态的建议。
