血清脂质结合唾液酸改良间苯二酚测定法用于恶性肿瘤临床诊断初探

摘要：

作者对Svennerholm的间苯二酚—HCl法测定血清脂质结合唾液酸的条件作了若干改良,增强了显色强度,提高敏感性1.74倍,CV=2.35%。改良后使用国产的721分光光度计即可测定。对133名献血员测定的X±SD为;12.78±3.75NANA(N-乙酰神经氨酸)mg/dl,特异性为97.7%,86例良性病例为14.23±6.52,特异性89.53%;87例恶性肿瘤患者为22.87±6.39,总阳性率73.56%,其中恶性淋巴瘤、肺癌、白血病阳性率较高。
